1) What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your product please reach out to us at hello@birdynyc.com within 30 days of receiving the order. We are happy to accommodate a refund or exchange of the item! All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Our 10% restocking fee applies to refunds to the original form of payment. We’re happy to waive the fee for exchanges or store credit, provided the item is returned unworn and in original condition.
2) Are your items available internationally?

3) Where are your materials sourced?
We are committed to sourcing materials responsibly and ethically. Our jewelry is crafted using materials from trusted vendors in Thailand, India, and China. Each of our partners is carefully selected to ensure they meet stringent standards for sustainability and labor compliance, including fair wages and safe working conditions. By partnering with these suppliers, we ensure that every piece of jewelry reflects our dedication to ethical practices and environmental stewardship.
