Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with your product please reach out to us at letsgo@birdynyc.com with your order details. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. We are happy to accommodate a refund or exchange of the item! All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Our 10% restocking fee applies to refunds to the original form of payment. We’re happy to waive the fee for exchanges, provided the item is returned unworn and in original condition. Upon receiving the request for return, a shipping label will be provided by Birdy. Items can be returned at the address below in the original or like packaging.
